I recently embarked on a multi-day trip to the Eje Cafetero and Cartagena de Indias (I highly recommend Castillo San Felipe). The entire experience was excellent. The departure times were punctual, the hotels were top-notch, and the itinerary was followed to the letter. Our advisor was attentive throughout the trip. The only inconvenience we encountered was in Cartagena, where we experienced delays in pickup upon arrival at the airport and for the included tour (which was organized by the same company). We ended up taking an Uber to the airport because they failed to pick us up. Aside from that, everything was flawless.
My journey to Nevado del Ruiz and Santa Isabel was an unforgettable experience. The hotel was a cozy and pleasant haven, while the guides were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the region. The trek itself was delightful, and we savored delicious local cuisine at various restaurants along the way. The agency provided excellent support throughout the trip, keeping us well-informed and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking an adventure in this stunning region!
